How to understand LeadBrain™ insights

1

Find the LeadBrain™ feed on your Leads page

The intelligence feed appears at the top of the Leads page. It shows patterns derived from your historical deals and lead interactions.

2

Read the winning industries and cities

LeadBrain shows which industries and locations have the highest close rate for your business. Use these insights to refine your Scout search prompts.

3

Understand the gap signals

Gap signals highlight common buying triggers from your best customers — such as 'no website', 'expanding team', or 'new location'. Look for these characteristics in new leads.

4

Rate your leads with thumbs up or down

After each deal result, give the lead a thumbs rating. LeadBrain learns from these signals and improves its recommendations automatically.

5

Update lead statuses when deals close

Marking a lead as Closed sends a strong positive signal to LeadBrain. The more deals you close and update, the smarter the system becomes.

Note

LeadBrain needs at least 50 signals to unlock full automation recommendations. Keep rating leads to reach this threshold.
