My Brain (also called Knowledge Lab) is where you teach the AI about your business. It is the foundation for all AI-generated messages and analysis.
Enter your business identity
Describe who you are, what problems you solve, and who your ideal customers are. Be specific — this becomes the AI context for all outreach.
Add your product or service catalogue
List 3 to 5 key products or services with a short description. The AI uses these when answering questions from leads and generating pitches.
Set your communication style
Choose Concise (short messages), Standard (balanced), or Detailed (thorough responses). Match this to how your leads prefer to communicate.
Add contact details and business hours
Enter your website, email, phone number, and business hours. The AI will use these to answer contact queries from leads accurately.
Click Save
All AI-generated messages, LeadDive analysis, and chatbot replies now use your My Brain profile. Update it whenever your business changes.
