How to organise leads into groups

Go to Leads in the sidebar

Your full lead list is here. Use the checkboxes on the left to select individual leads or click the header checkbox to select all leads on the page.

Select the leads you want to group

Check the boxes next to your chosen leads. A bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the page with available actions.

Click Add to Group

In the bulk action bar, click 'Add to Group'. Type a new group name or choose an existing group from the list.

Filter by group

Groups appear as filter chips at the top of your Leads table. Click a group chip to display only leads in that group.

Pro Tip

Use groups to segment leads by campaign, region, deal stage, or product interest. A single lead can belong to multiple groups.
