How to import your own leads

1

Go to Leads and click Import

On the Leads page, click the Import button in the top right. You can upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file.

2

Prepare your spreadsheet

Include columns for: first name, last name, phone number, email, company name, and website. Other columns are optional and can be skipped.

3

Map your columns to Leadber fields

The field mapper appears after upload. Match each column in your file to the corresponding Leadber field. Skip any columns you do not need.

4

Phone numbers are auto-formatted

Leadber converts phone numbers to E.164 format (e.g. +6591234567). Include the country code in your file for best results.

5

Review and confirm the import

Leadber detects and skips duplicate leads automatically. You will see a summary of valid, duplicate, and invalid rows before import completes.

Pro Tip

Common column headers like Phone, Mobile, and Contact Number are all recognised by the field mapper.
