A step-by-step compliance guide for Singapore outreach
Before calling or texting any contact in Singapore, you should check the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. While B2B outreach using Business Contact Information (BCI) may be treated differently under PDPA, Leadber strongly encourages all users to perform DNC checks as a best practice.
⚠️ Leadber is not responsible for any PDPA breaches or DNC violations. Compliance is entirely your responsibility.
Go to your Leads page
Select the leads you want to contact using the checkboxes
Click "Generate DNC Checklist (SG)" in the bulk action bar
A validation modal will appear showing:
Click "Download X Valid Numbers" to get your CSV file
The CSV contains only phone numbers — one per line, 8 digits, no formatting
Go to the PDPC website (link below)
Login with your Singpass or CorpPass
Upload the CSV file downloaded from Leadber
Wait for results — numbers registered on DNC will be flagged
Only contact numbers that are NOT on the DNC Registry
Check DNC Registry for voice calls AND text messages separately
DNC Registry checks are valid for 30 days
You are responsible for keeping records of your DNC checks
For non-Singapore leads, check your local regulations
