How to send emails
Open a lead's profile or the Outreach panel
Find the lead you want to email. Click their name in the Leads table to open their profile, or find them in the Outreach chat panel.
Click the Email icon in the Nudge bar
In the lead profile, click the Nudge button and choose Email. A compose window appears with the lead's email address and your business details pre-filled.
Default: your email client opens
By default, Leadber uses a mailto link that opens your device's email client — Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail. No setup required to use this option.
Optional: connect your own Resend API
Go to Settings then Email to connect your Resend API key. This enables sending emails directly from Leadber with open tracking and click tracking built in.
Add an email signature
In Settings then Email, configure your email signature. You can include WhatsApp and Zalo contact links to give leads multiple ways to reach you.
Note
Leadber never sends emails from its own domain without your Resend API key. Your emails always come from your own email address.
