How to use message templates

Go to Outreach then Templates

Click Outreach in the sidebar, then select the Templates tab. You will see all saved templates for WhatsApp, Zalo, and Email.

Create a new template

Click New Template. Choose the channel (WhatsApp, Zalo, or Email), give it a descriptive name, and write your message body.

Use variables to personalise messages

Add variables such as the lead's first name, their company name, and your workspace name to automatically personalise each message for every lead.

Submit WhatsApp templates for Meta approval

WhatsApp templates require Meta approval before use. Click Submit for Approval. Status changes from Pending to Active once approved — this typically takes 1 to 3 days.

Use templates in the Nudge modal

When nudging a lead, switch to the Templates tab in the Nudge modal. Click any active template to pre-fill the message, automatically personalised for that lead.

Note

Only one WhatsApp template per workspace can be set as Auto Send. This template is used automatically for first contact with new leads.
