How to connect Zalo and send messages

Go to Settings → Zalo

In Leadber, click Settings in the sidebar and select the Zalo tab.

Click Connect Zalo OA

Click the Connect Zalo OA button to start the authorization flow.

Authorize Leadber to use your OA

Sign in with your Zalo OA credentials and click Allow. Leadber will request permission to manage messages on behalf of your Official Account.

Your OA is now connected

Once authorized, your Zalo OA appears as active in Settings. The access token refreshes automatically — you will not need to reconnect.

Contact cold leads via Nudge → Zalo

To reach a lead for the first time, click the Nudge button on any lead card and select Zalo. Leadber opens a Zalo deep link — the lead receives a chat request from your Official Account on their phone.

ZBS Template is for existing customers only

ZBS Template Message (formerly ZNS) is a transactional message type. Only use it for leads who have already done business with you — order confirmations, appointment reminders, or payment receipts. It is NOT for cold outreach or promotions.

Create templates on the ZBS portal

Go to account.zalo.solutions and create a ZBS account. In the portal, go to Tools → Messaging service → Create Template. No emoji or bullet points. Use variable format <customer_name>. Template approval takes 1–2 business days.

Add the approved template to Leadber

Once approved, copy the template_id from the ZBS portal. In Leadber, go to the Zalo page → Templates → Add Template ID. Paste the ID and save. The template will appear as a send option in the Nudge modal.
