How to use AI to write messages

Open a lead's conversation in Outreach

Go to Outreach in the sidebar and open any conversation, or open a lead's profile and start a new chat session.

Click AI Suggest in the message bar

Click the AI Suggest button in the message input area. Leadber generates a personalised opening message based on your My Brain profile and the lead's company details.

Review and edit before sending

The AI suggestion appears in the message box. Review it, make edits as needed, then click Send. Always review AI messages before sending them.

Use Assisted Mode for incoming replies

In Assisted Mode, the AI drafts a reply every time a lead sends you a message. The draft appears as a ghost message for you to approve or edit before it is sent.

Enable Auto-Pilot for hands-free conversations

Auto-Pilot sends AI replies automatically without your approval. Enable it in Settings under Outreach Mode. Use this only with leads who have already opted in.
