How to check DNC before messaging

1

Go to Leads and select your Singapore contacts

Use the checkboxes to select the leads you want to contact. The DNC export is for Singapore numbers only: 8 digits, starting with 3, 6, 8, or 9.

2

Click Generate DNC Checklist (SG)

In the bulk action bar at the bottom, click Generate DNC Checklist (SG). A validation modal appears listing which numbers are valid for DNC submission.

3

Review valid and invalid numbers

Valid numbers meet the format requirements and are ready for DNC checking. Invalid numbers are flagged with a reason — wrong format, non-Singapore number, etc.

4

Download the CSV file

Click Download X Valid Numbers to get a CSV file with one phone number per line. This is exactly the format required by the PDPC DNC Portal.

5

Upload to the PDPC DNC Portal

Go to the PDPC DNC Registry website, log in with Singpass or CorpPass, and upload your CSV file. Wait for the results — the system flags DNC-registered numbers.

6

Only contact numbers not on the DNC Registry

Remove all flagged numbers from your outreach list. DNC checks are valid for 30 days. Keep records of every check you perform.

Note

Always keep records of your DNC checks. You may need to provide proof of compliance if a complaint is filed with the PDPC.
